A few things you will need to know if this is your first year:

Your player needs to have a physical each year.

You will need to have cleats, these are usually baseball\soccer cleats. NO metal cleats.

You will need White football pants with pads in 3rd & 4th Grade, Black football pants with pads in 5th-8th. Kimmel or Sports Cellar are the quickest place to find them.

Expect to practice 4 to 5 nights per week for up to 2 hours per day.

Games are usually on Saturdays.

You will\may travel to Kellogg, Post Falls, Sandpoint, Spokane, etc.

All CD'A teams will be expected to help setup and take down our fields.

This includes garbage, sideline markers, cones, ropes, etc.

This is not just for the home team, in CD'A you are all "Home" teams.

You can always get answer to questions by clicking the Contacts button on the web site.

Equipment handout for 3rd - 8th grades will be about the 3rd week in August, check the calendar page.
