CDA Junior Cheer

Don’t you wish all of your kids could be involved when you attend a football game? Does your daughter want to cheer her brother on? Does your younger son want to learn to tumble, gain agility, and flexibility before beginning football?

The answer is here!

Welcome to the joy of training the sport of cheerleading! The sport that incorporates tumbling, stunting, dance, jumps, and cheers!

Here is a wonderful opportunity for all of your children and their friends.

Now introducing CDA Junior Cheer, a program for boys and girls to get involved with sideline cheerleading and elite skills training. CDA junior cheer is ready to better the cheerleading community with useful skills that will carry on into future cheerleading dreams. This program will be complete with highly qualified instructors provided by, Spotlight Studios. Come learn from the best all star gym in the inland northwest! We are skilled in sideline and competitive routines! Our instruction has produced national, international, and grand champions in the sport! We are excited to train the next generation with the passion and expertise that creates lasting memories! We are nationally credentialed and certified for safety and the best in technique! Spotlight Studios is a highly successful cheerleading program located in Hayden Idaho. Spotlight is a well established and friendly facility that is ready to build a positive cheerleading experience for the new CDA cheer program, that will cheer on CDA youth tackle football. No prior experience is needed to cheer- just spirit!

We hope to have interest to form even more than one team!

Our budget of 2013/2014 will include these items:

Registration and training $50

2 shirts $20 (practice/game day)

Nike pro compression short $25

2 bows $15 (practice/game day)

Poms $10

Tri color warm up for cold days or rain

Jacket $19.95

Pants $18.95

Shipping of items $10

The total cost is $ 178.90 this includes the items above, training, and practice facility. All families are welcome to pay in two installments $89.45.

Practices will include these elements:

We expect to practice one day a week for two hours starting on *Saturday morning August 3rd 10-noon

Each practice will have a format of:

Aerobic warm up to music

Stretching

Jumps

Tumbling

Stunting

Chants

Dance

Closing announcements

Mission Statement

The mission of the Coeur d'Alene Junior Tackle Football Association is to support a football league which is developmental yet competitive. It will teach good citizenship, and good sportsmanship along with the fundamentals of football. Our board and coaches will encourage commitment, self-discipline, responsibility, team work, fair play, and an appreciation for and knowledge of the game of football in an atmosphere of enjoyment and respect for self and others.
